Winter, spring, summer, fall—

four turns.

North, south, east, west—

four points.

Hope, peace, love, joy—

four choices.

Two eyes, two lips—four corners

lift high, extend my mouth.

It smiles.

Cheeks rise, they climb.

Sight curves, to reach the one

that dances in the sun

and brightens, lightens
